Brewster, Your Personalized Address Book
On average, how many contacts do you have in your phone? How about on Facebook? On Twitter? We all know managing contacts across multiple accounts and networks has always been annoying, but Brewster’s (a new app that will change the way you view your contacts) goal is to make the process prettier and easier.
Brewster is the digital manifestation of that unwieldy analog system. After users download the application to their phone, they can hook it into their various accounts, including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Then the app begins to examine the relationships between the phone owner and the people across their various networks.
Brewster, the15-person start-up, has been working on the service for the last two years and it is now available as a free application for the iPhone. Eventually the app’s team hopes to expand the service to other devices and platforms.
